Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love your RoverStride gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We’ll send you return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping. Customers pay return shipping on returns and exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges (like a different harness size). Contact us and we’ll help you get the right size. The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.
